Fareward

Terms

How this works

Short, honest terms. We watch your flights. If the fare drops, we work to get the claim. If it works, you keep 80%. We take 20% after a real save.

The service: You add a trip — flights, cabin, seats, total paid. We watch the same flights in the same cabin. If the public fare drops below what you paid, we file with the airline as your authorized agent.

The split: If the airline issues the credit, you keep 80% of it. We invoice you for 20% in cash after we confirm the credit is in your airline account.

What a save looks like: Usually a named airline travel credit (like a Future Flight Credit), not a card refund. Same flights, same cabin. The credit is for future travel and expires per airline rules.

If nothing drops: You owe nothing. No subscription, no upfront fee. We get paid only if there's a real save.

Payment processing: We don't have a live card processor integrated yet. When one ships, we'll invoice via email with a secure payment link.

Authorization: By adding a trip, you authorize Fareward to act as your agent with the airline for the purpose of requesting fare adjustments on your booked flights. You can revoke this authorization anytime by contacting us.

No guarantees: We file when the fare drops. Sometimes the airline issues the credit. Sometimes they don't. This is not a guaranteed claim. If the airline says no, you owe us nothing.

Your data: We hold your confirmation number, last name, flight details, and contact info to watch and file. We never take your airline password, 2FA codes, or connect to your inbox without explicit permission. See Privacy for details.
